This page explains, in plain language, what PrepZone Colorado collects and what we do with it.
What we collect for accounts
When you create an account we store your email address, a hashed version of your password, and whether you told us you are a parent or guardian. That is it. We do not ask for your real name, birthday, phone number, or address, and we do not sell or share account information with anyone.
Who accounts are for
Most of the athletes covered on this site are minors. Accounts are intended for athletes who are at least 13 years old, or for a parent or guardian managing things on their behalf. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian create the account.
Where player page information comes from
Player pages are built from publicly available athletic information: game statistics, rosters, and recruiting profiles published by schools, leagues, and services like MaxPreps and Hudl. When an athlete or parent claims a profile, anything they submit (a bio, photo link, social handles, height and weight) is reviewed by a person before it appears publicly.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from the button on your account page. That removes your login, your profile claims, and any profile content you submitted. You can also email us and we will do it for you. If you want stat lines sourced from public records corrected or removed, contact us and we will work through it with you.
